Last year we launched an innovative digital campaign for international law firm, Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP), to drive job applications from graduates of the highest calibre. The 'Taxi Test' campaign was so successful that is currently nominated for a Dadi Award in the professional services category. What's more we've worked with BLP to extend the campaign for this year with a brand new challenge that picks up where last year's left off.
Last year's Graduate Recruitment Taxi Test was an original and interactive video-based challenge designed to engage with graduates and test whether they have what it takes to work for a forward-thinking and innovative firm like BLP. Complemented by a new graduate website and a specially created Facebook presence, the campaign response far exceeded expectations and helped to create a real buzz, raising BLP's profile within the graduate space. Based on this success, BLP has worked with DesignUK to create a brand new challenge for this year's graduate applications. Called the 'icity Challenge' it puts players into a fictitious scenario in which they have just attended a meeting with an important client and tests their general legal knowledge and observations. The new challenge is hosted on the BLP Graduate website which we developed as part of the original campaign last year. Recently updated to include fresh new visuals, the site helps graduates find out more information about BLP, what it's like to work there and importantly helps to drive online applications.
